More medical calls than fire calls

We have been fortunate in not having to roll to any major fires for some time, and that’s the way we like it. Our volunteers have handled several small fires. We want to get on fires as quickly as possible. If you see a fire, call 911 as quickly as you can.

We have had a number of medical calls, and there consistently has been a first responder or two at the scene.

Finding the location of fires or medical situations is made easy if the rural address stakes are brushed out and clearly visible. It can be especially hard to read address numbers at night. Please help ambulance and fire personnel to respond quickly by making sure your address stake is easy to see.
